*Noteless is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who combines a strong service-oriented mindset with a solid technical foundation, ready to both support our customers and help build and scale our support function.*
You will play a key role in delivering fast, professional support to our customers while contributing to the development and scaling of our support function. This role combines hands-on customer support with process improvement, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.


You enjoy solving problems – both for customers and internally. You're equally comfortable handling day-to-day inquiries and improving how support works through better processes, self-service resources, and AI-powered automation.


As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape the customer experience and support operations that enable healthcare professionals to get the most value from Noteless.


**Responsibilities**

- Provide customer support across multiple digital channels (email and phone).
- Resolve technical issues and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and identify solutions.
- Help build and improve support processes, documentation, templates, and self-service resources.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve the customer experience.
- Proactively follow-up with users to help them get the most value from Noteless.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights internally to improve both product and processes.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, CSM or similar customer-facing roles.
- Relevant education within service, administration, technology, healthcare, or related fields is a plus. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools is an advantage.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a bonus.
