**Seasonal Housekeeper & Guest Service – High-End Lighthouse Hotel**

Are you looking for a truly unique hospitality experience in one of Norway’s most scenic and peaceful locations? Litløy Fyr – Littleisland Lighthouse is looking for a reliable and experienced hospitality professional to join our small team for the 2025 season.
**About the Role**
This is a hands-on and varied hospitality position with a strong focus on housekeeping and guest service. Our guests are international and high-end, and they value quality, calm, and attention to detail in every aspect of their stay.
Your main tasks include:
- Housekeeping and preparation of guest rooms to a consistently high standard
- Maintaining beautiful, well-presented interiors with a strong sense of atmosphere
- Occasionally assisting with light kitchen preparation, serving breakfast
- Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth, well-organised routines
- Contributing to a warm, discreet, and professional guest experience
**What We’re Looking For**
We are looking for someone experienced, well-organised, and comfortable working in a small, remote setting. The ideal candidate has:
- A strong sense of aesthetics and visual awareness – you notice details, care about presentation, and take pride in creating beautiful, harmonious spaces
- Excellent organisational skills – you work in a structured, efficient, and calm way, even during busy periods
- Proven housekeeping experience in hospitality or a similar environment
- A responsible and professional mindset, with experience working independently and taking ownership of tasks
In addition, you should be:
- Positive, practical, and flexible
- Comfortable both working alone and as part of a small team
- Legally eligible to work in Norway
- A trade certificate is appreciated but not required; relevant experience and strong references are equally valued
