Summer is the busiest and most exciting season at Signalen Sjøbad, and we are now looking for experienced and motivated teammembers to join us for the 2026 season. We are looking for people who take pride in delivering great guest experiences, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and understand the value of strong service, teamwork, and hard work.

The main seasonal period is May 1 to September 1, 2026, although some flexibility may be possible. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and on-call positions. Applicants must be able to communicate in Norwegian or English and be available for an in-person interview at Signalen.

Rooftop Bar Manager

We are looking for an experienced and reliable person to take responsibility for our rooftop terrace.

This role includes running the service bar, overseeing operations on

the rooftop, and helping plan, set up, and execute private events and functions.

Waiters Waitresses (20+)

You should have solid experience from restaurant service, be efficient and guest-focused, and thrive in a busy, high-energy environment.

Runners (20+)

We are looking for candidates with previous restaurant experience who understand the importance of pace, structure, and teamwork during service.

Cleaning / Clearing Staff (18+)

We are looking for candidates with previous restaurant experience who understand the importance of pace, structure, and teamwork during service.
